SOUR CIDER FROM THE BARREL.
Follow US Route 101 along the iconic "Redwood Highway", and you will arrive at our cider house in Sonoma County. Right here on the farm is the home of our legendary barrel program, where we produce the most incredible sour ciders on the planet. Raw juice is pressed after each harvest, our barrels are then filled and left to ferment spontaneously on their native yeasts. Exposed to the sea salt coming in with the morning mist, each barrel evolves to embody the various elements of the local terroir. Over the course of 8 months, art and science mingle with mother nature as their guide. The result is blissful farmhouse funk that will impress both Sommelier and Cicerone.
Below are our 2015 vintages, three artfully crafted ciders that will leave you thirsty for more. All of our ciders are made with only fresh cold pressed ingredients, sourced from the orchard and from the wild!
